No medical or clinical advice

Revaia Health is a marketplace that introduces UK aesthetic practitioners to independent prescribers. We do not provide medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing, and nothing on the platform or this website should be read as such. Information we publish is general and for the purpose of connecting professionals — it is not a substitute for the judgement of a suitably qualified clinician.

Clinical responsibility

Clinical responsibility rests entirely with the registered professional involved in any engagement. A prescriber is responsible for their own clinical decisions, including any assessment, prescribing decision, and follow-up, and for working within their scope of practice and the standards of their regulator. Revaia Health takes no part in, and accepts no responsibility for, clinical decisions made by users.

Your regulatory duties

Practitioners and clinics remain responsible for meeting their own regulatory, professional, and legal obligations. That includes, where relevant, registration with the appropriate regulator, holding suitable professional indemnity, complying with prescribing and record-keeping standards, and any registration required by the relevant healthcare regulator in your nation. Using the platform does not transfer or reduce any of these duties.

What our review does and does not do

Our onboarding review checks credentials such as professional registration, indemnity, and PVG/DBS where applicable, and is subject to ongoing review. It is designed to support trust and a documented trail. It is not a clinical endorsement and does not warrant the competence, conduct, or suitability of any user for a particular engagement. Clinics and prescribers should always apply their own professional judgement and due diligence before working together.

Emergencies

Revaia Health is not an emergency service. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, contact NHS 111, call 999, or attend your nearest emergency department.
