One payment per engagement
One Clinic Premium subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Each engagement is then paid on the platform: the agreed total plus Revaia's 3% service fee, charged when the booking is confirmed.
We hold that money and release it to the prescriber once the work is complete — so there is no invoice to chase afterwards, and cancellations are refunded on a fixed day-by-day scale.
