Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Revaia Health when you use the platform.
Last updated: [date to confirm]
These terms govern your use of the Revaia Health platform and marketing site, operated by [Registered company name, number & address — to be completed] (“we”, “us”, the “platform”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Prescriber accounts are for doctors, dentists, nurses & pharmacists and other qualified independent prescribers who are appropriately registered and entitled to practise in the UK. Clinic accounts are for legitimate UK aesthetic practices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
Our role: a marketplace introducer
Revaia Health is an introducer and marketplace. We connect aesthetic practitioners with independent prescribers; we are not a party to any engagement, we are not the prescriber, and we are not your employer, agent, or principal. Any engagement, contract, fee, or working arrangement is agreed directly between the clinic and the prescriber, who are solely responsible for it.
We do not provide clinical or medical services and take no part in clinical decisions. Clinical responsibility rests with the registered professional, as set out in our Clinical Disclaimer.
Verification and accounts
Verification is required before a prescriber gains marketplace access and is completed by our team as a manual review during onboarding. It is intended to support trust and accountability; it is not a guarantee of any person’s conduct, competence, or suitability, and it does not replace your own due diligence. Both clinics and prescribers should make their own checks before entering an engagement. We may decline, suspend, or remove an account that does not meet our requirements or that breaches these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- provide false, misleading, or out-of-date information about yourself or your practice;
- use the platform for anything unlawful, or to arrange anything outside your scope of practice;
- misuse the messaging tools, harass other users, or send unsolicited marketing;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not entitled to;
- scrape, copy, or resell platform content, or disrupt the service’s security or operation.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules and, where appropriate, report serious matters to the relevant regulator or authority.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription, such as Clinic Premium. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and, unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice, and any change applies from your next renewal.
Intellectual property
The platform, its branding, and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, adapt, or redistribute it without our permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us the licence needed to operate the platform and provide the service to you.
Liability
Because engagements are agreed directly between clinics and prescribers, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of work of any user, or for any arrangement made between them. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably need to protect other users or the platform. Provisions that are meant to survive termination, such as liability and governing law, will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales or Scotland — to be confirmed], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
