Cookie Policy
The small set of essential cookies we use, and how you can manage them.
Last updated: [date to confirm]
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Revaia Health keeps its use of cookies deliberately minimal: we use a handful of essential cookies to sign you in and keep the platform secure, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Essential cookies we use
These cookies are necessary for the platform to function. Without them you could not stay signed in:
| Cookie | Purpose |
|---|---|
| rev_at | Holds your short-lived access token so each request can confirm you are signed in. It is short-lived by design and refreshes during a session. |
| rev_rt | Holds your refresh token, which lets the platform issue a new access token so you stay signed in without logging in repeatedly. It is removed when you sign out. |
Both cookies are set as secure, HTTP-only cookies, which means they are sent only over an encrypted connection and cannot be read by scripts in your browser. They are used purely to keep your session working safely — not to profile you or track you across other sites.
Consent
Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for — signing in — they do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear cookies for a specific site. Please note that if you block our essential cookies you will not be able to sign in or use the platform. Signing out removes your session cookies.
