Simple pricing, designed around trusted professional connections.
One straightforward plan for prescribers (£29/month) and one for clinics (£59/month), billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Engagements are then paid through the platform: the clinic pays the agreed total plus Revaia's 3% service fee, and the prescriber receives that total minus Revaia's 3% commission.

Paying for the work itself
Every engagement is paid through the platform. The clinic pays the agreed total plus Revaia's 3% service fee on top; the prescriber receives the agreed total minus Revaia's 3% commission, deducted from their payout when the money is released.
Collected before the session
The clinic pays when the booking is confirmed, so the money is already in hand before the prescriber travels.
Held until the work is done
Revaia holds the money and releases it to the prescriber once the engagement is marked complete. Nobody chases an invoice.
Refunded if plans change
Cancel more than two days ahead and the clinic is refunded in full, service fee included. Later cancellations refund on a fixed day-by-day scale.
Subscriptions and engagement payments are both handled securely by Stripe.
Questions
Pricing, answered.
Is there a free period?
Not by default. Subscriptions are £29/month for prescribers and £59/month for clinics from the first payment, billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Free months come only from a referral code issued by the Revaia Health team: enter it when you create your account and it applies your free period at the first checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal.
What are Revaia's platform fees, and who pays them?
There are two, and each side pays its own. The clinic pays a 3% service fee, added on top of the agreed total rather than taken out of it; a 3% commission is deducted from the prescriber's payout when the money is released. Post a role at £300 and the clinic is charged £309, while £291 is paid into the prescriber's payout account. The fees cover running the payment: collecting it before the session, holding it until the work is complete, and refunding it if the booking is cancelled.
When is the clinic charged?
When the engagement is confirmed — when a clinic accepts a prescriber for a posted role, or when a direct booking is agreed. The payment is what confirms it: until it clears, nobody is booked. That means the money is collected and held before the prescriber travels, instead of being invoiced afterwards.
When does the prescriber get paid?
Revaia holds the money from the moment the clinic pays until the work is marked complete, then transfers the agreed total minus Revaia's 3% commission to the prescriber's Stripe account. Prescribers complete a one-off Stripe payout setup before they can apply for work, so nothing has to be arranged after the session. Stripe controls when a transfer lands in the bank account, so we cannot promise a date.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
Refunds follow a fixed day-by-day scale, applied to everything the clinic paid — Revaia's service fee included. Cancel more than two days before the session and the clinic is refunded in full. Two days before, 75% is refunded; the day before, 50%. On the day of the session or after it there is no refund and the prescriber is paid, because the date was held for them and other work turned down.
How is billing handled?
Two separate things are billed, both through Stripe. Your subscription is charged monthly and can be updated or cancelled any time from the Stripe customer portal. Each engagement is paid separately on the platform: the clinic pays the agreed total plus Revaia's 3% service fee when the booking is confirmed. No card details ever touch Revaia.
Do I pay before verification?
You can create an account and complete verification first. A subscription unlocks the full ecosystem — posting opportunities for clinics, and applying for prescribers. Prescribers also complete Stripe payout setup before applying, because every engagement is paid through the platform and the money needs somewhere to land.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel from the Stripe portal and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Cancelling a booked engagement is a separate matter, covered above.
